Not shabby

Today wasn't too bad.
  • Breakfast: Egg bagel, mustard, svg of deli ham, slice of RF cheese and 2 hard boiled eggs. 
  • Lunch: Ham steak, green beans, slice of WW bread, 2 mandarin oranges, and a McD's fruit and yogurt parfait with granola. 
  • No snack due to dentist visit
  • Dinner: 1cup of tortellini soup and 2 svgs crackers 
  • Dessert: 4 mozzarella sticks 
  • Midnight snack: slice of ww bread, 2-3tbs peanut butter 

I want to make some of those parfaits on my own. Though they are only a dollar at McD's, it is better not to have the temptation of ordering something less healthy. Still no exercise today. I did go to work early this morning though...excuses, excuses. I have not struggled with being hungry, which is a good thing. Meals are filling enough to feel satisfied and I believe the veggie/fruit fiber that I am in-taking is helping curb my appetite.

Edit: I had to add the midnight snack. My stomach was actually growling and I was uncomfortable, so I had the pb and bread...a better choice than I what I usually eat. Normally it is a sandwich, chips, and/or cookies or candy. So even though I ate, I did manage to make a better choice.
