- Breakfast: Egg bagel, svg deli ham, mustard, RF cheese slice, and 2 hard boiled eggs.
- Snack: svg mini pretzels, piece of salt water taffy
- Lunch: Tortellini soup, svg crackers, 2 mandarin oranges, and a cookie
- Snack: svg Lays bbq chips, a cookie
- Dinner: Lemon pepper chicken, slice of ww bread, and svg broccoli mac and cheese
- Dessert: 2 Samoas (girl scout cookie)
- Drinks: 8oz coffee with Splenda and creamer, water, 6oz Diet Rite
I jinxed myself yesterday by mentioning staying full. When I ate I felt full, but not for long. I drank a whole lot of water today. I am not feeling well right now.
This weekend might be a challenge as I will be at a bball tourney and there can be many yummy temptations. I plan on taking in a few better for me snacks and eating my meal at home instead of at the Coliseum.
I also will be buying a scale this weekend. I need to keep tabs on my own, not just when I go to the doctor. I found one that I like at WalMart for a good price and since I do my grocery shopping there, I have no excuse not to buy it.
