Slow Wednesday

  • Breakfast: whole wheat English muffin, mustard, svg turkey deli meat, hard boiled egg
  • Snack: Banana
  • Lunch: 2 hot dogs, 2 slices of bread, ketchup, mustard, onions, 100 cal snack bag of popcorn, 2 mandarin oranges, pear cup
  • Snack: svg Pretzel balls
  • Dinner: 2 green chili turkey burgers, 1 bun, taco sauce, 1 slice of cheese, 2 svgs of fries
  • Dessert: coconut cupcake
  • Drinks: 8oz coffee (milk & Equal), 20oz Diet Dr Pepper, water

Didn't walk today due to rain and cold. Trying to fight a sinus infection. I hope to be able to taste this weekend.

  • Lunch: Bruschetta chicken, 100cal snack popcorn, 2 mandarin oranges, pear cup
  • Snack: Pretzel balls, 2 life savers
  • Dinner: 2 hot dogs, 2 svg fries, ketchup, mustard, mayo
  • Dessert: coconut cupcake
  • Drinks: 8oz coffee (lowfat creamer & Equal), water

Didn't walk at all today. I didn't take my 10mins breaks.

  • Lunch: Enchilada casserole, 2 mandarin oranges, pear cup, salsa Cheetos
  • Snack: pretzel balls
  • Dinner: svg Bruschetta chicken
  • Midnight snack: tortilla, svg turkey lunch meat, slice cheese, 2 svg tortilla chips
  • Drinks: coffee (lowfat creamer & Equal), 8oz Diet Pepsi, water

  • Breakfast: 2 whole wheat waffles, 1/2 c mixed fruit, fried egg, slice of ham
  • Lunch: 1c chickpea & avocado, whole wheat English muffin, 2.5 svg tortilla chips
  • Snack: one Twin chocolate cookie
  • Dinner: 3 Spicy Bean Burritos, pic de gallo, cheese, sour cream
  • Dessert: Coconut cupcake, 4 Cadbury eggs

Saturday

  • Breakfast: Boston Creme Donut, banana
  • Lunch: Turkey burger, hot dog, hamburger bun, hd bun, onion, tomato slice, lettuce, mayo, mustard, ketchup, baked beans, orange, pear cup
  • Snack: 3 cookies (2 twin chocolate, 1 coconut)
  • Dinner: BBQ sandwich, shoestring fries
  • Snack: Popcorn, Sour Patch Kids
  • Drinks: Water, Diet Soda (2)

  • Lunch: 6in Subway Club on flatbread, pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives. Baked Lays
  • Snack: Banana, pretzel balls
  • Dinner: Sweet & Spicy Citrus Tilapia fillet, svg mac & cheese
  • Drink: 8oz coffee (lowfat creamer & Equal), water, 10oz Diet Coke

Not completely nervous about the weigh in tomorrow, but still hoping to be under 370lbs.
