Better than I thought

One of the guys brought me a McD's ice cream cone and I ate it for dessert at lunch time. I was unsure of the damage that would do, but according to Dottie's WLZ, it's not that bad. Hooray!

  • Breakfast: Dry toast (2), Fried (in cooking spray) egg (1), lunch meat ham (1), RF cheese slice (1)
  • Lunch: 2 chicken thighs baked in Teriyaki sauce(skin removed), 3/4c rice and 1/3c pineapple chunks. McD's ice cream cone
  • Dinner: Steak-ums (3), 1.5 slice of Provolone cheese, wheat sub bun, 1 serving fries, ketchup
  • Dessert: 100 cal Nutty bar
  • Snacks: 1 pack of Lance crackers, 1 SweetTart
  • Drinks: 1c milk, 12oz diet soda, water
My friend had someone go to Starbucks for her this evening and he asked if I wanted anything and I said no. After the ice cream, I really didn't want anything but dinner. Tomorrow' Norfolk for hockey. Hooray!
