- Breakfast: Dry toast (2), Fried (in cooking spray) eggs (2), lunch meat ham (1)
- Lunch: 1.5c Taco soup, 1/4c cheese, 1/2 serving tortilla chips, 1/4 brownie
- Dinner: 1.5c Kielbasa & cheese casserole
- Dessert: Rice Crispy Treat
- Snacks: 1 bag Baked Lays, 5 SweetTarts
- Drinks: 1c milk, 13-14oz non-fat Pumpkin Spice Latte, water
I looked up Max & Erma's for our Norfolk trip. As long as they let me have the lunch portion of Caribbean Chicken and switch out the broccoli for the fruit salad I'll be fine. Even though I'm not doing Weight Watchers specifically I still use their points system to help figure out what's the best for me while eating out.
Coming straight home was hard tonight. The smell of the Mickey D's fries in my work parking lot was luring. But, I went the back road way to stay away from the restaurant. Yay!
