Decent Day

I was a good girl last night. No midnight snack last night. I just kept drinking my water.
At work today, I turned down some fries from Five Guys Burgers & Fries. I also turned down a Quaker rice cake, but that was because I had just finished lunch and wasn't hungry. I did take someone up on an offer for one Sugar Free vanilla wafer. That was actually pretty good. I might have to look into those.
  • Breakfast: Dry toast (2), Fried (in cooking spray) Eggs (2), lunch meat ham (1)
  • Lunch: (2) 4oz pork chops and 3/4cup of beans, 100 cal Nutty Bar and an apple
  • Dinner: 1/2 c Taco Soup, 1T sour cream and (1) serving bite size tortilla chips
  • Dessert: (1) Rice Crispy Treat
  • Snack: (1) pack of Lance crackers, 2 SweetTarts, 1 SF vanilla wafer, (2) servings bite size tortilla chips & 1/4c salsa
  • Drinks: 1.5c milk, 12oz diet soda, water
All in all a pretty good day, just too many snacks. I haven't had fast food since Saturday. That's another thing this will help. Not spending money on extra food that I don't need and isn't good for me.
Tomorrow there's a VP coming into work, so we won't be able to eat OR DRINK at our desk. I can understand eating, but I answer phones as part of my job. Talking causes my mouth to be dry, plus I'm on a diuretic (for the HBP) so I need to drink water to stay hydrated. Gratefully, it's just one day and I'm going to sneak in my water whenever I can. Also, since he'll be in there he'll camp out in our break/conference room which means no fridge or microwave access. Good thing is that someone owes me lunch and I told him today that I wanted Subway. So, I'll be able to stay on track.
