Keeping up the bad

I think I had a "false start" on this diet.

Breakfast: Dry toast (2), Fried (in cooking spray) eggs (2), lunch meat ham (1)
2nd Breakfast: 1 Burger King sausage biscuit and 8 cheesy tots
Lunch: Moe's Triple Lindy w/sour cream-streaker, tortilla chips and salsa
Dinner: 1 Large cheese thin crust Papa Johns pizza
Dessert: 6 SweeTarts
Drinks: 1c milk, Starbucks 15oz nonfat Cinnamon Dolce latte-no whip, 12oz diet soda, water

Ugh.

Yikes!

Horribleness continued...

Sunday
  • Breakfast: 4 Pancakes, 1T butter & lite syrup and 2 eggs
  • Lunch: Double Quarter Pounder w/cheese & medium fries
  • Dinner: 1 fried fish fillet, 4 hush puppies w/2T butter and 3oz shrimp w/cocktail sauce
  • Dessert: Caribbean Pie (mini-graham cracker crust with bananas & pineapple tidbits in SF/FF vanilla pudding topped with lite Cool Whip, toasted coconut & macadamia nut pieces)
  • Drinks: 1c milk, 16oz diet soda, water
Did not feel well after lunch at all. Was working out the yard afterward and ended up in the lavatory. Probably all that grease after not eating anything like that all week. My stomach hurt again after dessert and didn't stop until Monday afternoon.

Monday

  • Breakfast: Nothing
  • Lunch: 3oz pot roast, 1c egg noodles, green beans and an apple
  • Dinner: Cheesy Broccoli Chicken (4oz breast) and 1.5c egg noodles
  • Dessert: Caribbean Pie
  • Drinks: 12oz diet soda, water
No breakfast since I still didn't feel well from Sunday night. Finally around 12:30pm I got hungry.

Tuesday

  • Breakfast: Dry toast (2), Fried (in cooking spray) eggs (2), lunch meat ham (1)
  • Lunch: Cheesy Broccoli Chicken (4oz breast) and 1c egg noodles, FF peach yogurt
  • Dinner: Italian sausage sandwich (1 Italian sausage, spaghetti sauce, 2 slices of mozzarella cheese on a wheat sub roll), 1 serving fries & ketchup
  • Dessert: Caribbean Pie
  • Drinks: 1c milk, 12oz diet soda, water

Wednesday

  • Breakfast: Dry toast (2), Fried (in cooking spray) eggs (2), lunch meat ham (1)
  • Lunch: 2 Italian sausages with 2c ziti and 3/4c spaghetti sauce, 100cal nutty bar
  • Dinner: Steak sandwich (4 Steak-ums, 2 slices of provolone cheese, mayo and ketchup on a white sub roll), 2 servings SC&O chips
  • Dessert: Brownie with hot fudge, choco chips & vanilla ice cream
  • Drinks: 1c milk, 12oz diet soda, water
  • Snacks: 2 servings SC&O chips and 1 pack Lance crackers

I didn't have a great week so far. I'm off for the next two days from work. Hopefully I can start over again.

Decent Day Again

I had a badly good day. My friend wanted to go to Starbucks during lunch, so we went but I behaved by getting non-fat milk and no whipped cream and I only drank 13-14oz of the 16oz drink. That was the good part. I did have 1/4 of the brownie she bought that she offered me as dessert.

  • Breakfast: Dry toast (2), Fried (in cooking spray) eggs (2), lunch meat ham (1)
  • Lunch: 1.5c Taco soup, 1/4c cheese, 1/2 serving tortilla chips, 1/4 brownie
  • Dinner: 1.5c Kielbasa & cheese casserole
  • Dessert: Rice Crispy Treat
  • Snacks: 1 bag Baked Lays, 5 SweetTarts
  • Drinks: 1c milk, 13-14oz non-fat Pumpkin Spice Latte, water

I looked up Max & Erma's for our Norfolk trip. As long as they let me have the lunch portion of Caribbean Chicken and switch out the broccoli for the fruit salad I'll be fine. Even though I'm not doing Weight Watchers specifically I still use their points system to help figure out what's the best for me while eating out.
Coming straight home was hard tonight. The smell of the Mickey D's fries in my work parking lot was luring. But, I went the back road way to stay away from the restaurant. Yay!

Eating out

Before I decided to start losing weight I signed up to be one of Woody's first 500,000 fans to receive a free burger from TGIFridays. We decided to go and I'd let B use the coupon and I'd get something else. Fridays has exactly 2 menu items for people watching their weight. I did not get either of these options because they didn't sound very good. I opted for a Chicken and Sausage Penne with Roasted Red Pepper sauce. It was pretty good which meant it couldn't have been good for me. But I have no idea because there's no nutritional facts on their site. The good thing was it was off their "Right Portion, Right Price" menu which meant it wasn't a huge bowl of the stuff. It did come with a bread stick and I only had one bite of that. I also had popcorn at the movies today, no butter as usual. So today wasn't a very good day. Just breakfast and dinner and we made those at home. Weekdays are generally easier, so we'll see how tomorrow goes.
