- Breakfast: English muffin, egg, 1/2 slice cheese, 4 sprays non-butter
- Snack: Banana
- Lunch: 1c ham & hashbrown casserole, pineapple chunks, 2 mandarin oranges, pear cup
- Snack: svg pretzel balls, raspberry lemonade bar, pb cookie
- Dinner: 1.5 RF wheat biscuits, 1c enchilada, ham slice
- Dessert: 10 Cadbury chocolate eggs
- Drinks: 8oz coffee (LF creamer & Equal), water
I added another lap to my afternoon walk, but then I eat more...not going to lose weight that way.
