Thursday

  • Breakfast: English muffin, egg, 1/2 slice cheese, 4 sprays non-butter
  • Snack: Banana
  • Lunch: 1c ham & hashbrown casserole, pineapple chunks, 2 mandarin oranges, pear cup
  • Snack: svg pretzel balls, raspberry lemonade bar, pb cookie
  • Dinner: 1.5 RF wheat biscuits, 1c enchilada, ham slice
  • Dessert: 10 Cadbury chocolate eggs
  • Drinks: 8oz coffee (LF creamer & Equal), water

I added another lap to my afternoon walk, but then I eat more...not going to lose weight that way.
