Modest Tuesday

  • Breakfast: whole wheat English muffin, mustard, svg turkey deli meat, hard boiled egg
  • Snack: banana
  • Lunch: Bruschetta chicken, 100cal snack popcorn, 2 mandarin oranges, pear cup
  • Snack: Pretzel balls, 2 life savers
  • Dinner: 2 hot dogs, 2 svg fries, ketchup, mustard, mayo
  • Dessert: coconut cupcake
  • Drinks: 8oz coffee (lowfat creamer & Equal), water

Didn't walk at all today. I didn't take my 10mins breaks.
