Wednesday

  • Breakfast: English muffin, egg, 1/2 slice cheese, 4 non-butter sprays
  • Snack: Banana
  • Lunch: 1c ham & hashbrown casserole, pineapple chunks, 2 mandarin oranges, pear cup
  • Snack: no-fat orange cream pie yogurt, svg pretzel balls, piece of dark chocolate
  • Dinner: smoked sausage, 2 svg fries, ketchup, mustard, low-fat mayo
  • Drinks: 8oz coffee (lowfat creamer & 4 Equal), water
Still walking on my 10mins breaks. Looking forward to our tie at the beach next weekend. Looks like we are going to get to meet some more locals thanks to my efforts to save my fav take out joint from being wrongfully sued.
