- Breakfast: English muffin, egg, 1/2 slice cheese, 4 non-butter sprays
- Lunch: 2 slices of bread, ham slice, 1/2Tbs light mayo, 3 svgs tortilla chips, 1/2c guacamole
- Dinner: 1.5svg ham & hashbrown casserole
- Dessert:v2 manadrin oranges, pineapple chunks, banana
- Drinks: water
Got weighed at my doctor appt and was 369.4. Hopefully it'll stay under 370 for my weigh in this week. I walked the dog down to the neighborhood park and back and wasn't too winded. I've done that lap before and been pretty tired when I got home, so yay! I have a prenatal consult with my doctor in two weeks.
