Slow Wednesday

  • Breakfast: whole wheat English muffin, mustard, svg turkey deli meat, hard boiled egg
  • Snack: Banana
  • Lunch: 2 hot dogs, 2 slices of bread, ketchup, mustard, onions, 100 cal snack bag of popcorn, 2 mandarin oranges, pear cup
  • Snack: svg Pretzel balls
  • Dinner: 2 green chili turkey burgers, 1 bun, taco sauce, 1 slice of cheese, 2 svgs of fries
  • Dessert: coconut cupcake
  • Drinks: 8oz coffee (milk & Equal), 20oz Diet Dr Pepper, water

Didn't walk today due to rain and cold. Trying to fight a sinus infection. I hope to be able to taste this weekend.
