- Breakfast: Whole wheat bagel, slice of cheese, 16 sprays of non-butter spray, hard boiled egg
- Lunch??: Banana, bag of Parmesan & herb Sun Chips
- Dinner: 4 slices Papa Johns pizza (2 Works, 2 Pepperoni)
- Drinks: 8oz coffee (milk & Equal), water
Disappointed in the lack of poundage that was lost this week. Trying to remain good. Will need to start exercising soon it appears.
