Thursday

  • Breakfast: Whole wheat bagel, mustard, svg deli ham, hard boiled egg
  • Lunch: 2 hot dogs, 2 buns, green beans, svg pretzel slims
  • Dinner: Sweet & sour chicken (2 thighs), brown rice
  • Dessert: 2 mandarin oranges, banana, pineapple chunks
  • Drinks: Coffee (Equal & creamer), water
I forgot, or maybe was too busy to jot down my food from yesterday. I had a rush order of 2 dozen cupcakes for my mo's co-worker. Had time off today to finish it, but that means I work on Saturday. This weekend is Easter and Sunday will be difficult for food. Ham, mac and cheese, deviled eggs...so good and so bad for me. I guess I will watch my portion size and hope for the best.
I didn't walk around the parking lot today, too cold and rainy and I didn't have an afternoon break since I left at noon. Hopefully,I will be able to go back to it tomorrow.
