Wed

  • Breakfast: Whole wheat bagel, mustard, svg deli ham, hard boiled egg
  • Lunch: Hamburger, hot dog, hb buns, hd buns, lettuce leaf, tomato slice, chopped onion, ketchup, mustard, mayo, 1/2 svg cheese curls
  • Dinner: 2 pork sirloin (baked in rub), svg twice baked potato casserole
  • Dessert: coconut cupcake
  • Drinks: Coffee (Equal & creamer), water
