- Breakfast: Egg bagel, mustard, svg deli ham, rf cheese slice, 1 hard boiled egg, banana
- Lunch: 2 grilled pork ribs, pear cup, 2 mandarin oranges, 2 tbs light ranch dressing, svg carrots, salad (lettuce, grape tomatoes, carrots, chickpeas, egg)
- Snack: Pineapple
- Dinner: Plaza Azteca: chicken & steak burritos fajitas, beans with cheese, chips and salsa
I ate til I was just at the cusp of uncomfortable this evening. One off evening in the past two weeks. Hopefully it won't undo everything I have done this week. Weigh in tomorrow morning...sigh.
