Monday

  • Breakfast: Whole wheat bagel, 1oz Neufchatel cream cheese, 1 hard boiled egg
  • Lunch: 4 Mexican stuffed shells, 2 mandarin oranges, 6oz low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • Snack: Banana, svg pretzel slims
  • Dinner: 2 hamburgers, one slice of cheese, one bun, onion, 2 tomato slices, ketchup, mustard, 8 baked zucchini sticks
  • Dessert: svg strawberries, 1/2c ff vanilla
  • Drinks: 8oz coffee (creamer & Splenda), 6oz Diet Rite, water
I made the zucchini sticks yesterday and hubby warmed them in the oven for dinner tonight. They were a little extra crispy, but they were surprisingly good. Easy to make and pretty cheap. Better than eating 2 svg of french fries that's for sure.
