- Breakfast: 2 fried (no oil) eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon, 2 slices of toast, 10 sprays of non-butter spray
- Lunch: 2 hot dogs, 2 buns, 1/2c refried beans, 1/2c guacamole, ketchup, mustard, onion, relish, equivalent of 22 tortilla chips
- Snack: 1/2c FF ice cream
- Dinner: 4 Mexican stuffed shells, salad, 3Tbs light ranch dressing
