Sunday

  • Breakfast: 2 fried (no oil) eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon, 2 slices of toast, 10 sprays of non-butter spray
  • Lunch: 2 hot dogs, 2 buns, 1/2c refried beans, 1/2c guacamole, ketchup, mustard, onion, relish, equivalent of 22 tortilla chips
  • Snack: 1/2c FF ice cream
  • Dinner: 4 Mexican stuffed shells, salad, 3Tbs light ranch dressing
I attempted to make a Shamrock shake because hubby wanted one, but it was like drinking peppermint extract to me. So, I tried to tame it with just some vanilla and milk and that did nothing. I put it in the fridge in case hubby wants to finish it later. I had no interest in wasting calories on it. Ick.
