- Breakfast: Egg bagel, mustard, svg deli ham, 1 hard boiled egg, banana
- Snack: 4 chicken McNuggets
- Lunch: svg Pizza casserole, 2 mandarin oranges, pineapple, pear cup
- Snack: 1/2 svg double chocolate butter rum brownie with frosting
- Dinner: 1/2 svg chicken, 1/2 svg refried beans, 1/2c chicken salad, svc Baked Ruffles chips
- Dessert: 2 svg crackers and probably 2-3Tbs peanut butter
- Drinks: 8oz coffee (creamer & Splenda), 6oz Diet Rite, water
Sigh. I wanted the first snack, then the 2nd snack was because I didn't want to disappoint my best friend and her attempts at baking. I wasn't happy with dinner because the chicken was super dry and so were the beans. They were both new recipes, so I was completely disappointed. I knew I needed to eat something, so I finished off the chicken salad and finished off the chips that I had started on the way home. Yeah, it's been a rough day. Trying to come up with something for dessert because I didn't take out any berries from the freezer and I think I need something with some substance. Sigh.
I ended up with pb and crackers and I am not hungry now, but I am still not happy with today. Tomorrow is a new day and I will try not to let today hold me back.
