Sunday

  • Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 3 pieces of turkey bacon, 2 pieces of toast, 20 sprays of non-butter, 2 tbs of blueberry-pineapple jam 
  • Lunch: 2 slices 9-grain wheat bread, deli turkey, tomato, lettuce. 
  • Dinner: Jumbo hot dog, ketchup, mustard, packet of relish, 1/2 large popcorn, 1 chocolate pb chip cookie 
  • Dessert: 6oz yogurt, 1/2c granola, 1/4c mixed berries 
  • Drinks: Water, 32oz soda, 8oz 1% milk
