Thursday

  • Breakfast: Whole wheat bagel, mustard, svg deli ham, hard boiled egg
  • Snack: Banana
  • Lunch: 1.5c Spicy shrimp fried rice, 1pkg duck sauce, .5pkg soy sauce, 2 mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks
  • Snack: svg Pretzel slims
  • Dinner: BL/SL Grilled chicken breast, 3Tbs Bbq sauce, 1.5svg hashbrown casserole
  • Dessert: Banana, 5 RF butter crackers, 2Tbs peanut butter
  • Drinks: 8oz coffee (creamer & Splenda), 6oz Diet Rite, water

Work was almost bearable today. I'm never really getting to the part of starving, which is great. I hope this keeps up and I continue losing weight. Tomorrow night we're going to the Drive-in to see The Hunger Games. Not ruining my progress there though. Hubby is bringing me my dinner and I'm only getting popcorn and some Twizzlers.
