- Lunch: Tortellini soup, slice of ww bread, 2 mandarin oranges, and a pear cup
- Snack: svg bbq Lays chips, 3 pieces of taffy
- Dinner: Spaghetti and 2 slices of garlic toast
- Dessert: 2 pieces of chocolate
- Drinks: 8oz coffee with Splenda and creamer, water, 6oz Diet Rite
