Tis ok

Today wasn't horrible, but it could've been better. My will power isn't great, but it is okay.
  • Breakfast: Egg bagel, mustard, svg plus one deli ham, rf cheese slice, and 2 hard boiled eggs.
  • Snack: svg baby carrots 
  • Lunch: Tortellini soup, slice of ww bread, 2 mandarin oranges, and a pear cup 
  • Snack: svg bbq Lays chips, 3 pieces of taffy 
  • Dinner: Spaghetti and 2 slices of garlic toast 
  • Dessert: 2 pieces of chocolate 
  • Drinks: 8oz coffee with Splenda and creamer, water, 6oz Diet Rite
I am thinking about reducing the egg count from two to one in the mornings. I have got some good things on my grocery list for this week. I am looking forward to being able to keep track of the pounds on the scale.
Still no exercise.
