Tuesday

  • Breakfast: Whole wheat bagel, 1oz Neufchatel cheese, hard boiled egg
  • Snack: Banana
  • Lunch: 1 (4oz) turkey leg, salad, 3Tbs light salad dressing, 2 mandarin oranges, SF peach cup
  • Snack: svg Pretzel slims
  • Dinner: Healthy request chicken & noodle soup, 2 svg RF butter crackers
  • Dessert: strawberries, 6oz low-fat yogurt, 1/3 granola
  • Drinks: 8oz coffee (creamer & Splenda), 6oz Diet Rite, water
Oh that peach cup is nasty. It's chunky water...no taste. A waste of the small amount of calories that it was. Luckily, hubby is cutting up some fresh pineapple as I type so I'll have that for my lunches.
