Monday

  • Breakfast: egg bagel, mustard, svg ham slice, 1 hard boiled egg, banana
  • Lunch: 2 smoked pork ribs (4oz?/each), Parmesan Roasted Potatoes, Pineapple, pear cup, 2 mandarin oranges, ketchup
  • Dinner: 1/2c Sloppy Joe casserole (ground chicken, onion, corn, sloppy joe sauce) and 1.5 biscuits
  • Dessert: 1/3c mixed berries, 6oz low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1/3c granola
  • Drinks: 8oz coffee (creamer & Splenda), 6oz Diet Rite, water

Work was crazy busy and I wasn't all that hungry until 5pm, but by that time dinner was too close to bother with food. Now sitting here, I'm hungry but dessert is soon and usually filling.
Edit: Maybe I shouldn't spend my nights cruising Pintrest for new recipes.
