- Breakfast: Egg bagel, mustard, svg deli turkey, 1 hard boiled egg, banana
- Lunch: Tortellini soup, 2 svg crackers, 2 mandarin oranges, pear cup
- Snack: svg Baked Ruffles chips
- Dinner: 2c ham and potato soup, 2 svg crackers
- Dessert: 1/3c mixed berries, 6oz low fat vanilla yogurt, 1/3c granola
- Drinks: 8oz coffee (splenda & creamer), 6oz Diet Rite, water
Rough day at work, but okay day food wise. Watching the VCU-Witchita St game. I slept horrible last night, didn't get to bed until 12:30am and was tired all day until a co-worker gave me a Kcup. I had to toss my morning coffee cause there was no creamer. Was feeling a little hungry after lunch today, but work is so busy I barely have time to eat. Gosh I hope I lose weight this week. I've been trying really hard to be good. Maybe next week I can actually get my butt up in the am and go for a walk. Gonna make some more new recipes next week too.
