Saturday

How discouraging! Maybe it's my portion size with the protein. Maybe it's my lack of exercise. Am I eating too much fruit/veggies? That can't be it. Ack! As mentioned, my breakfast routine is changing slightly. I should be close to my cycle, so it could be water retention. I'll be more careful this week with portions.

  • Breakfast: egg bagel, 2 TBS blueberry-pineapple jam, 2 mandarin oranges, 1 hard boiled egg
  • Snack: 11 bite size tortilla chips, 1/4-1/3c guacamole (avocado, jalapeno, red onion, lime juice, tomato, cilantro, S&P)
  • Lunch: 4 celery stalks, 2 slices of tomato, 1/2c chicken salad (chicken, mayo, relish, egg, garlic powder, dried minced onion, paprika, S&P), 10 Baked Ruffles chips.
  • Dinner: 1.5 svg Pizza Casserole (lean ground beef, turkey pepperoni, pizza sauce, egg noodles, onion, garlic, mushrooms, and cheese)
  • Dessert: 1/2 soft pretzel, 1.5 svg Sour Skittles
  • Drinks: water
