- Breakfast: Whole wheat bagel, mustard, svg deli ham, hard boiled egg
- Snack: Banana
- Lunch: 1c avocado chicken salad (guacamole, greek yogurt, chicken), 3.5svg RF crackers, 22 tortilla chips, 2 mandarin oranges, pear cup
- Snack: svg Pretzel slims, 2 Lifesaver candies
- Dinner: 2 hot dogs, 1 bun, 1/2c refried beans, 2 svg fries, ketchup, mustard, relish
- Drinks: 4oz coffee (2Tbs sugar), 6oz Diet Rite, water
I thought PMS made you starving...it's during my cycle for me it seems. I can't get enough and I feel that this week is going to be a bad one between the grief and the cycle I seemed screwed. I need to get back on track here or else I'll fall off. I was just thinking the end of last week how well I had been doing and how easy it was. That'll teach me. Sigh.
