Saturday

  • Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs
  • Snack: popcorn
  • Lunch: 2 hot dogs, 1 bun, ketchup, mustard, 1/2 svg beans, and svg of broccoli mac & cheese
  • Drinks: water, 6oz Diet Rite
  • Dinner: one beer brat, bun, mustard, ketchup, Tbs relish, svg kettle chips, svg of loaded potato salad.
  • Dessert: 2 chocolate pb chip cookies
No exercise unless you count cheering on VCU.
