Tuesday

  • Breakfast: Egg bagel, mustard, svg deli turkey, rf cheese slice, 2 hard boiled eggs
  • Lunch: Chicken drumette, 4 chicken & spinach shells, pear cup, 2 mandarin oranges
  • Snack: 100 cal bag of popcorn
  • Dinner: 2c beef stew (beef, carrots, celery, onion, potatoes), 2 slices Grape-nut bread, 16 sprays non-butter spray
  • Dessert: 6oz low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1/3 granola, 1/4 mixed berries
  • Drinks: 2 (8oz) coffee (splenda & creamer), 6oz diet rite, water
Pretty good, but still no exercise. Very tired from not getting to bed til late due to the basketball game. 

Not one piece of candy or a cookie today. I just noticed that. Didn't even crave it. I have cookies in my lunch bag and Hershey's Drops and some salt water taffy among other random sweets in my desk and I didn't even think about them today. Yay! Though I did have a 2nd coffee today. I made not have made it through the late afternoon without it though.

Right now my stomach is rumbling, but I'm giving it water instead. No need to eat at 11:45pm.

Hubby helped make a potato casserole that will go with two dinners this week. Hopefully, that dish will turn out decent.
