Breakfast: Whole wheat bagel, mustard, svc deli ham, hard boiled egg
Snack: Banana
Lunch: salad, chicken breast, 1/4c light ranch dressing, 2 mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks
Dinner: Smoked turkey sausage, zucchini fries
Dessert: Mr. Softee chocolate ice cream and rainbow sprinkles
Snacks: popcorn and 3/4 pretzel
Yeah, not as good as I had intended.
