Rams night

  • Breakfast: Egg bagel, mustard, svg deli turkey, rf cheese slice, 2 hard boiled eggs 
  • Lunch: 4 Spinach & chicken shells, pear cup, 2 mandarin oranges, cookie 
  • Snack: Carrots 
  • Dinner: 6in turkey subway sub, pepper jack cheese, spinach, tomatoes, pickles, onion, light mayo 
  • Snack/Dessert: Soft pretzel, mustard, 2 chocolate pb chip cookies 
  • Drinks: 8oz coffee (creamer & Splenda), 8oz hot chocolate, water, 6oz Diet Rite

 I'd call this a pretty good day. The weekend wasn't that bad. I only ate one "meal" at the Coliseum and I think what I chose was better than some of what was offered. I had planned on that soft pretzel tonight. I didn't have any chips with the dinner sub so I could have that pretzel. I think going to Rams games should be considered exercise. Between the roaming around the Coliseum, running to the bathroom so I don't miss the game or Peppas playing, clapping, dancing, jumping, cheering, and not to mention the almost constant jumping out of my seat. I was worn out last night and tonight. Pretty sore as well.
